2010 Resolution

Well, I cannot believe it... it's 2010! Wow, where did the years go? Anyway, new year- yep that means time for some New Year resolutions. Each year I make a few resolutions for myself, but I tend to not stick to them. This year is going to be different though. I truly want to stick to my goals and accomplish them.

My ultimate resolution I hope to achieve is a better way to handle my stress. This is going to be one of my priorities because I constantly find myself being stressed out, whether it’s from school, homework, friends, etc. It has been and continues to be a huge problem I face and I really need to find a better way to deal with it. When I get really stressed, nothing good comes from it. I tend to not get enough sleep and can sometimes even make myself sick from all the stress and pressure.

So, how do I hope to resolve this dilemma of mine? Well, I need to find a better way to manage my time. Especially when it comes to my schoolwork, I tend to spend excess time on things until they are perfect, when really I may have to settle for being okay. Also, I need to learn to trust myself better and not always second-guess my judgments. There are several things I hope to accomplish in this brand new year, but primarily I want to achieve this task.
